• stepping away from people pleasing
• healing mentally and emotionally
• & developing unshakeable confidence is the key to living life to your full bad ass potential. 

 But a lot of us weren't raised to be bold or confident in how we move through life. 

 Raise your hand    if your parents ever told you: 

•  Not to do something out of fear it would harm you?
•  Not to do something out of fear it would jeopardize your financial security ?
• and not to do something out of fear it would cost you a man or partner?    

I raised my hand for all three. 

 This has left me question every single action I take on a daily basis which has: slowed down the impact I could've built because I gave up too quickly decreased the opportunities and financial impact in my life. caused issues in marriage and with family because I didn't know how to speak up.

 I know I can't be the only one.
